The Core Challenge
In 2024, MetalService turned to Ubotics seeking a powerful Level 2 solution to seamlessly integrate into their revamped S3 slitting line, upgraded in their service center by Salico. Their key requirements included production tracking, advanced data analysis from both machine and Level 3 systems, predictive maintenance, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.
Our Solution
After thorough analysis, the decision was made to implement UB2 Next in its base package, enhanced with Live-Twin featuring Fix-Alarm for 3D production tracking, Analytics for advanced dashboards combining machine and ERP data, Insights for viewing reports created with Microsoft Report Builder, and the Machine Care module to manage machine maintenance in an advanced way.
